Secondly, what about navigating / zooming in the Audio File Editor - the zoom seems really clunky, the increments are such that it's very hard to quickly get the full waveform appearing in the window, it always either zooms in so you have to scroll a bunch, or zooms out too much such that there is a bunch of wasted empty space to the right of the waveform. a tool or shortcut) for scrolling? I've seen youtube tuorials where the user is rapidly navigating around the arrangement, and I'm not sure how they are doing it. This is where logic assumes is on the beat.Just curious to ask what people's preferred method of navigating and zooming in the arrangement are - what do you find to be the fastest method? I'm mostly new to logic, and have found the Command + Arrow keys a useful way to zoom in and out (far better than actually using the little zoom sliders), but is there a quick way to navigate right-left / up-down in the arrangement (e.g. It won't let me drag this region to the playhead and drop it in the correct place. If I want to drag the region that is not lined up to line it up, it doesn't allow me to drag it to the correct position. When I'm zoomed in and I want to edit anything lpx does not respond. When I fully zoom in on a region it is way off the mark (though it looks as if it's ok when zoomed out. Repeat this and by the time I've copied 10 regions the gaps logic seems to create between the regions has accumulated and nothing lines up.

It seems logic is unable to place the regions together because the graphics are too big or don't decrease when stacked to accommodate the space. So the end of the pasted region is now passed the next bar marker. When 'alt>dragging to reproduce regions, each time logic stacks the region in front of the existing region it moves it along.

There's a few areas in which I'm experiencing lpx is not placing regions on the grid.ġ. At first I thought it was maybe my bad placement of regions but that's not the case.
